I'm Walking in Joy

There’s a joy in my heart that can’t be contained and a song in my soul that I can’t stop singing. It doesn’t come from perfection, people pleasing, or profits. It doesn’t come from the opinions of others, outside validation, or anything the world can ever give.

My joy drips from the cup of change and the breaking of mental, spiritual, and emotional chains.

I’ve learned from the challenges of chastising and pressures of pruning, and have grown to honor my journey, love myself fully, and be still and know that God has not only made way, but always has the final say. All things are working together for my good.

So excuse the contagious laughter that freedom has given me and pardon the smile that stems from my readiness for what’s to come. This is a brand new season and I’m boldly and gladly walking in it.
