Meet Morgan

Morgan Richard Olivier is a best-selling author, speaker, wife, and mental health advocate known for her empathic voice, thought-provoking writing, and heartfelt perspective on healing, growth, and identity. A proud Louisiana native, Morgan uses storytelling and lived experience to create space for real conversations that help others feel seen, heard, and understood.

She’s most known for her international best-selling book The Tears That Taught Me—a powerful poetry and prose collection that continues to resonate with readers around the world. Since releasing her first book in 2020, she has published six collections that offer readers a safe space to feel, reflect, and rise.

With a social media following of over 1.5 million, Morgan has cultivated a global community rooted in authenticity, healing, and meaningful connection.

Morgan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing. Before fully stepping into her purpose work as an author, she operated her family’s road construction business and owned her own marketing agency—where she managed political campaigns, led grassroots strategy, and created media content for candidates and causes. These experiences in male-dominated industries shaped her views on strength, leadership, and resilience.

Her personal journey through anxiety and depression led her to writing—not just as a creative outlet, but as a form of therapy and spiritual healing. In the process, she began building a deeper relationship with God, which became the foundation of her inner work and purpose. What began as a personal lifeline has grown into a collection of books and a safe space for others to process their own emotions, faith, and healing.

Through empathy and wisdom from lessons learned, she enlightens and inspires others to find the greater purpose in life’s pains and pressures. Morgan’s goal is to crush the image and pursuit of perfection by captivating the raw beauty of sincere progress.
