The One Not Left Behind

I’m not a perfect person

And I may not be your cup of tea

But walk around with joy and laughter

Because I know all God has done for me

In times of trouble and confusion

He lifted and saved me from my lowest pit

He healed my heart and changed my life

To fill the void I could never get

I've been transformed by the mercy and grace

that turned my whole world around

It’s amazing how getting so lost and broken

Worked together and helped me to be found

It took a journey of failure and faith

To open my eyes and see His word is true

Funny how the parable of leaving the 99

Has more meaning when that one is you.
