There were sentences or phrases in this that I honestly needed to hear/read. I don’t know how I’ll ever forget them going forward.
Morgan writes the way the rest of us feel. Like she lived it, processed it, and handed it back to you so you wouldn't have to be alone in it.
The Healing You Hear
★★★★★4.8222 reviewsInside this book
Three parts, in order. Accept It, taking in everything that happened. Speak It, saying what you suppressed. Live It, living without bracing. 219 pages, and Morgan asks in the introduction that you read it out loud.
Is this book for you
Faith is present in these pages and God is named. Morgan writes from her faith rather than around it.
One more thing worth knowing. This is book seven, and it meets a later season than the earlier titles. It is less about what hurt you and more about what your body still does about it. If you are at the start, The Tears That Taught Me is the better first step.

You have spent enough time questioning what you already know.
You know when something hurt you. You know when you have made yourself smaller to keep the peace. You know when you have ignored what you needed because someone else’s needs felt easier to honor.
Healing is not always about finding another answer. Sometimes, it is learning to trust the voice within you that you have spent too long talking yourself out of.
There is a kind of healing you can only hear.

You will find yourself on every page
You have spent too long questioning your own feelings
You know what you felt, but you learned to minimize it, explain it away, or wonder whether you were allowed to feel it at all.
You have been the strong one for too long
You became the person everyone could depend on, even when being strong meant putting your own needs last.
You learned to keep the peace by silencing yourself
You got good at swallowing what you wanted to say, avoiding conflict, and making yourself easier for other people to understand.
You are tired of needing permission to choose yourself
You want to set boundaries, honor what you need, and make decisions without guilt convincing you that you are doing something wrong.
You are learning to trust yourself again
After years of looking outside yourself for reassurance, you are ready to stop second-guessing what you already know within you.
You are ready to live beyond the healing
You have spent enough time understanding what hurt. Now you want to know what it looks like to live, choose, speak, and move differently because you healed.
Read some of it before you decide
Three pages, verbatim from the manuscript, with the page each one comes from.

It happened. It is not happening. You are safe. The storm is over.
Your inability to let go of the past was never tied to weakness or immaturity. It was always related to the fact that it needed to be the right time and a safe season to do so.
Part of the reason I held grudges against people was because I never held them accountable. And that was not their fault, that was mine.
Three parts. One journey back to yourself.
Each part of the book has a corresponding section in the guided journal, so you can read, reflect, and put what surfaces into your own words.
Accept It
Acknowledge what is true. Give yourself permission to recognize what happened, how it affected you, and what you have been minimizing or trying to move past too quickly.
Speak It
Give words to what you have held inside. Explore the feelings, truths, boundaries, and conversations you have silenced to keep the peace or protect everyone but yourself.
Live It
Let your healing change how you live. Trust yourself more deeply, honor what you need, and move forward with greater peace, purpose, and freedom.
One gives you the words. The other is where you say them.
The Healing You Hear and Through Healing, I Accept were created to work together. Read the words that help you understand what you feel, then use the journal to reflect, process, and put your own experience into words.

No. The Healing You Hear can be read on its own. Each of Morgan’s books speaks to a different season of healing, so you can begin with the one that speaks most to where you are right now.
Why does she say to read it out loud?
Because some words need to be more than read. Throughout the book, you are encouraged to hear yourself say what you may have spent years questioning, minimizing, or keeping inside.
What is in the journal?
Guided prompts, reflections, prayers, and affirmations created to accompany The Healing You Hear, giving you space to process what you read and put your own experiences into words.
How much faith is in this book?
Faith is woven throughout the book, but it is not the only focus. Morgan writes openly about God, prayer, and faith alongside healing, self-reflection, relationships, boundaries, and personal growth.
Is this poetry or prose?
Predominantly reflective prose, with poetry woven throughout. It blends personal vulnerability with insight and perspective meant to help you examine your own emotions, patterns, and experiences.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is on the way.
